Project Description:

This small accessory dwelling unit features an air-source heat pump system with a concealed ducted fan coil that serves the living room and two wall-mounted heads in bedrooms. A right-sized energy recovery ventilator provides continuous exhaust for the bathroom and laundry closet while supplying fresh air to the bedrooms and living area. A small electric radiant floor system at the lower level provides supplemental heat for the entry and bathroom. A concealed dehumidifier maintains comfortable humidity levels throughout the summer months.
