This tenant fit-up of a historic downtown retail space for a modern hair salon features a central energy recovery ventilator that provides staff and clients with excellent air quality. Efficient all-electric heating and cooling is provided by Mitsubishi air source heat pumps with wall-mounted indoor heads.

Two heat pump wall heads serve the chair areas and are sized to keep the chair areas comfortable.
Mechanical systems were designed in 3D using Revit. The ERV and ductwork are concealed above a dropped ceiling.
