Project Description:

This small accessory dwelling unit features an air source heat pump system that serves a condealed ducted fancoil for the living room and wall-mounted heads for bedrooms. A right-sized energy recovery ventilator provides bathrooms the bathroom and laundry closet with constant exhaust and the bedrooms and living area with fresh air. A small electrica radiant floor system on the lower floor provides heat for the entrance and bathroom. A concealed dehumidifier maintains comfortable and safe humidity levels during summers.
