Project Description:

This net-zero energy home features two right-sized Mitsubishi air source heat pump systems for highly efficient all-electric heating and cooling. Ventilation and exhaust is provided by two Zehnder energy recovery ventilators. Tempered makeup air is provided for the kitchen range hood and for the home’s two vented clothes dryers. A timed automatic exhaust fan in the garage maintains the garage at negative relative pressure anytime the door opens or closes to help keep vehicle exhaust out of the home.
