Project Description:

This net-zero energy home features two right-sized Mitsubishi air-source heat pump systems, providing highly efficient all-electric heating and cooling. Ventilation and exhaust are handled by two Zehnder energy recovery ventilators. Tempered makeup air is supplied for the kitchen range hood and the home’s two vented clothes dryers. A timed automatic exhaust fan in the garage maintains negative relative pressure whenever the garage door opens or closes, helping prevent vehicle exhaust from entering the home.
